Returns
All boto swimwear products are 100% guaranteed.
If the shorts are not as you had expected or do not fit well we will be happy to provide a full refund.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return with hangtag attached in original polybag.
Exchanges and Refunds
Please send the item back to the address below. Once we receive your returned item we will refund your method of payment.
For exchanges please go ahead and order the replacement shorts on our website. We will refund your returned product once we receive it back.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Refunds should be received within 30 days of the date the product was returned to us. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@botoswimwear.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your refund for returned product, may vary.
