RETURNS

All boto swimwear products are 100% guaranteed.

If the shorts are not as you had expected or do not fit well we will be happy to exchange them.

If for any reason you are not happy with the product we will gladly provide a full refund.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Please return with hangtag attached in original polybag.

Exchanges
Please send us an email to advise how you would like to exchange your item at:  info@botoswimwear.com 

Please send the item back to the address below.  Once we receive your returned item we will send out the replacement product.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@botoswimwear.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your refund or for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
